Lesson: Understanding the World

Class: Class 1 Year: 2018 - 2019

Another drizzly forest school session today, but still just as much fun. 

We talked about spiders and other mini beasts that we may find. The children spotted lots of spiders so we decided to make our own spiders web using string. The fun was endless and they even asked for it to stay out till our next forest school session. 

We read the story ‘Little Red Hen’ before we made our delicious toasted cheesy bread! The children adored it and so did we 😋.
