Class: Class 1 Year: 2018 - 2019

“Clunk, clunk, zzzz-zzzzz—thunk!”

These are sounds of our EYFS children using the woodwork tools in Class 1 today where we have a beautiful woodwork bench with lots of tools so the children can build, create and construct with wood.

We have used real saws, hammers, hand drills, nails and screwdrivers and the children have created their own version of a school bus, complete with seats and a steering wheel (albeit at the back-end of the bus rather than the front!), alongside characters from our class book, Lost and Found.  They all made sure they took the proper precautions and safety googles were the order of the day!
