We all know we have amazing children in our school but it’s now official - we have simply amazing staff too! 

Several members of our staff team joined together with some willing and talented friends of the school to produce some fabulous blankets, hats and ‘love squares’ for the neonatal unit and the Intensive Care wards at Wigan Infirmary.
Mrs Makin, one of our parents and a consultant at the Infirmary, attended a special assembly today where we presented the finished items. 
Huge thanks to Mrs Kinnon and Mrs Linney who coordinated this lovely project. In their words, ‘Giving makes us all feel better!’ And what better way to look after our mental health than to donate to such a worthy cause!
