We've had a super few weeks in school and there have been lots of opportunities for me to feel incredibly proud of your children and our staff team. Showing visitors around school and welcoming prospective parents have been just two of these occasions. It's a real privilege to hear such positive comments visitors make about our school, your children and their learning.

Last Thursday turned out to be a busy and exciting day with our first Scooting Stars session and the Gardening Club trip to All About Food offices, which you can read all about here.

On Friday, we had a particulraly poignant day as we paid our respects to the heroes of past wars for Remembrance Day.  The children were amazing ... and looked incredible in their costumes!  We had another super-proud moment when one of our Y6 pupils played The Last Post on his cornet.  Please take a look at the photos and videos through the link here.    The day ended with our cinema night which was organised by the PTA.  The children sang along enthusiastically to The Greatest Showman and Sing, whilst enjoying pizza, hot dogs and some sweet treats!  A great end to a great week.
