Year 3/4 Mindfulness

Year 3 and 4 enjoyed taking part in some activities to promote mindfulness this morning. On "Inside Out Day", the children learned how to take deep breaths to help them feel lighter and calmer. We also tried some yoga poses that can help us to feel calm. We really enjoyed doing these together and hope to do more in future!
